By engaging with NexSteps, LLC (“NexSteps,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) for any of the following service, Social Media, Cyber Security, Branding, Web Development, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Social Media Management, Video Animation, Application Development, Print, Mural, or Shopify Store, you (“Client”) agree to these Terms & Conditions.
We are partnered with an overseas company and may subcontract certain services to them as part of project fulfillment. These Terms become binding upon payment, project initiation, or receipt of services, whichever occurs first.
NexSteps, LLC provides digital security measures as outlined in the proposal. While we use industry-standard tools and practices, no system is 100% immune from cyberattacks or data breaches. NexSteps, LLC is not responsible for losses due to external hacking, phishing, or Client-side negligence (e.g., weak passwords, unauthorized access).
Branding deliverables (logos, brand guides, etc.) are created based on Client input and final approval. Once approved, no refunds or major revisions will be accepted. All intellectual property rights for the final approved designs are transferred to the Client upon full payment.
NexSteps, LLC will develop websites according to the agreed specifications. The Client must review and approve all stages of development before launch. After project completion, ongoing maintenance or hosting is not included unless stated in the contract. NexSteps, LLC is not responsible for third-party plugin failures, software updates, or downtime caused by external hosting providers.
NexSteps, LLC applies proven SEO strategies but cannot guarantee specific ranking positions, as results depend on search engine algorithms and competition. Continuous optimization requires ongoing collaboration, content updates, and time to achieve visibility.
NexSteps, LLC will manage Client accounts per the approved strategy. The Client must supply or approve all materials before posting. NexSteps, LLC will not be responsible for content flagged, removed, or restricted by the platform.
Storyboards and scripts must be approved before production begins. Revisions beyond the agreed limit will incur additional costs. Once the final animation is delivered and approved, no refunds or major edits will be accepted.
Development timelines depend on Client feedback and approvals. NexSteps, LLC is not responsible for delays caused by third-party integrations or external app store approvals.Warranty covers bug fixes within the agreed period after launch, but not feature additions or modifications.
All printed orders are final and non-refundable. The Client must review and approve digital proofs before printing.NexSteps, LLC shall not be liable for any errors or omissions that were approved by the Client prior to printing.
Murals & all printed items are non-refundable once printed or in production. The Client must verify measurements, colors, and design approvals before production. NexSteps, LLC is not responsible for mismatches or defects arising from incorrect Client-provided specifications.
NexSteps, LLC will design and configure the Shopify store per the agreed project scope. After completion, ongoing management, maintenance, or marketing is not included unless explicitly stated.Shopify subscription fees, apps, and plugins are billed directly to the Client by Shopify or third parties, and remain the Client’s responsibility.
All original creative works remain the property of NexSteps, LLC until full payment is received.Upon full payment, ownership rights for final deliverables transfer to the Client, excluding any third-party materials or software used in development.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary and sensitive information shared during the project.
NexSteps, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use any service, product, or deliverable.

By purchasing or engaging any service from NexSteps, LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”), the Client (“you”) acknowledges and agrees to this Return & Refund Policy.
All projects, products, and services provided by NexSteps, LLC are customized, creative, or digital in nature and therefore not eligible for cancellation, return, or refund once work has commenced or deliverables have been provided.

Deposits and retainers paid to NexSteps, LLC are used to schedule project work, allocate team resources, and initiate project setup. As such, all deposits are final and non-refundable, even if the Client decides to cancel, delay, or change the project scope.
Upon delivery of a service or project milestone, the Client will have the opportunity to review and request reasonable revisions within the agreed scope. Once approved, accepted, or published, no refunds or major revisions will be permitted. Any additional revisions beyond the agreed limit will be billed separately.
After 30 days from delivery or completion of services, the Client forfeits all rights to dispute, claim, or request a refund. NexSteps, LLC reserves the right to provide project evidence, signed approvals, and communication records in the event of a dispute or chargeback. Any false or fraudulent claims may result in immediate termination of services and potential legal action.
Refunds may be considered only under the following rare conditions:
NexSteps, LLC is not responsible for any third-party fees associated with external platforms, plugins, subscriptions, or software (including Shopify, hosting providers, or social media ad platforms). These costs are billed directly to the Client and are non-refundable.
NexSteps, LLC reserves the right to cancel a project or service at any time due to non-payment, lack of communication, or breach of agreement by the Client. In such cases, no refunds will be issued, and all work completed up to that point will remain the property of NexSteps, LLC until full payment is received.
Under no circumstances shall NexSteps, LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or services, including but not limited to loss of business, revenue, or reputation.
By submitting payment, signing an agreement, or approving a project with NexSteps, LLC, the Client acknowledges full understanding and acceptance of this Return & Refund Policy.
